Through the Frame Dance StudioShare Program, we supports emerging and mid-career independent dancemakers and choreographers with subsidized studio rental made possible through the Dance Source Houston Groundwork Grant. Every Sunday, we welcome local dance-makers to rent our beautiful studio for only $10/hr, and we offer a week-long artist residency in the summer.

Renters seeking space for classes, private lessons, performances, coaching

STUDIO SHARE RENTAL POLICIES

  1. Use of the space outside its intended purpose will result in  a charge of $40/hour.
  2. Payment must be completed before studio rental date. No date changes or cancellations allowed.
  3. Dancers must be barefoot or in ballet shoes while in the studio spaces. No outdoor footware allowed.
  4. Any props or heavy items must be approved before being brought into the studio spaces and must be taken with you upon leaving.
  5. Renters are responsible for picking up after themselves.

HOW TO RENT OUR SPACE:

1. Set up an account through Dance Studio Pro:

2. Once your account is set up, go to Enroll in Auto-Pay. You will not be charged when you set this up, but we do need a CC on file in order to hold the space for you.
3. Go to “Register > Private Lessons and Appointments” on the top navigation bar.
3. Select which studio you would like to rent, set the date you would like to rent on, and which hour time slot you would like to rent for. The studio will be reserved for you once you make the payment.
