What is Frame Dance?

An immersive inroad into play and creativity, Frame Dance gives the people of Houston a physical, intellectual, and spiritual connection to themselves and each other. We offer Houstonians a safe place to explore creativity and experience challenging, artful, and undiluted modern dance. And we do it with an unmatched quality, spirited optimism, and inclusive welcome.

After a long hiatus, our blog is back!  We hope you will enjoy this opportunity to go behind the scenes as we expose our creative process and artistic philosophy.
