NOW ENROLLING FOR 2026-2027 SEASON!

The Young Dancer Program prepares young minds and bodies for a bright future, on and off the dance floor. Our small-sized classes follow an intentional, age-appropriate curriculum that equally values discipline, technique, and the social-emotional development of each student. Rooted in child psychology and over 35 years of experience in dance education, our heart-forward approach instills confidence, builds resilience, and encourages curiosity, collaboration, and creative thinking.

Frame Dance instructors are highly trained and experienced teaching artists who excel at providing a nurturing learning environment and a joyful class experience for their students.Participation in the Young Dancer Program also includes a performance opportunity, where students and the Frame Dance Ensemble shape all aspects of the choreography.

Frame Dance Training Tracks

Frame Dance offers a dual training program for young dancers — Ballet and Modern — built on the conviction that the two forms grow together. Ballet builds the architecture of the dancer; modern teaches the dancer to think, create, and articulate ideas with the body. The combination is what makes a whole artist.

From ages 2 through 6, every dancer at Frame Dance is encouraged to try both forms. The early years are for exploring — building movement vocabulary, developing musicality, and discovering what calls to each child. As dancers mature, they begin to choose a training track that matches their goals, schedule, and curiosity.

We offer three tracks. None is more important than another; they reflect different artistic paths.
