AGES 6-99 & baby-wearing caretakers

Weekly Class Time: Sundays @ 1:30 PM-2:30 PM

Class Description: These students discover dance as a means of self- expression, exploration, and community connection through creative experiences. Based in modern dance technique and improvisation, this class welcomes beginners of all ages and advances students who are looking to rejuvenate their creative practices. Families are encouraged to take this class together. For ages 6-99 and baby-wearing caregivers.

Theme for this workshop is Tikkun Olam: Repairing the World.  A Jewish concept defined by acts of kindness performed to perfect or repair the world. The phrase is found in the Mishnah, a body of classical rabbinic teachings. In modern Jewish Circles, tikkun olam has become synonymous with the notion of social action and the pursuit of social justice.

Dress Code: Anything that allows you to move.  Leggings, sweat pants, exercise tops and t-shirts are all good options.
