About: Class begins with a sumptuous, flowing warm up and moves into aesthetic combinations with space for improv and creative choice-making. Depth of movement and openness of spirit guide this class for adults who are exploring the art of modern dance.

Dress Code: Clothes that are comfortable and safe to move in, long hair pulled back, no loose, dangly jewelry

Days and Times:

Monday 7:15-8:30 PM with Lydia Hance – this is an all-ages dance class and families are encouraged to join.

Thursday 7:00-8:15 PM with Jamie Williams *Thursday’s class is a $10 Teacher Class. If you are a teacher – any kind of teacher  – you pay $10. Teacher tickets are limited.

Sunday 10:00-11:30 AM with Alisa Mittin
